Over the last couple of months we have been working on something a little different.
We have been working on the CAD design and manufacturing of reaction heating blocks for an innovative hand-held DNA testing instrument. The DNAiTECH, developed by Dr Murray Broom here in Marlborough will be used for teaching DNA, technology and environmental science at NCEA level 2/3. It can also be used for environmental DNA detection and for medical applications in resource limited countries. The DNAiTECH website is www.DNAiTECH.com
