Spring is here and they days are warming up, but the work is not stopping in the workshop.
We are working hard to get all the components finished to start assembling two more Gnome engines which we will be running in November.
Work has now been completed on the Front Cam Housings and the Rear Bearing Housings.
The Front Cam Housing holds the Cam Pack and this rotates in the centre of the housing and drives individual Roller Cam Followers which are mounted in the holes around the outside on Cam Housing.
The Rear Bearing Housing houses the main bearings that the engine rotates on.
